I am here still, really....Things have been really super crazy - but I am thinking all in a good way. The Boulder store is closed, done, we are out of there - it is such a relief! Onward ho!
While there hasn't been time for blogging, there has been some knitting time here and there :). And I have been thinking about everyone in blogland - and there are a couple blog posts to come that have been roaming around my head for a few days...
Since there is not much time, I thought I would show my re-knit hat. A couple years ago, when I found good yarn, I made a hat. A simple roll brim hat. It was too big, too short and just wasn't right, but I couldn't bear to tear it back. On the 30th, I wore said ill fitting hat to work and got fed up - came home that night ripped it out and re-knit it while watching The Big Lebowski with mr.sunneshine. Now it fits right, I love it and I have a nice little ball of extra yarn to do something with.... I realize that this is one of the most basic hat patterns ever, but every time I finish a hat and it looks like this at the top with the perfect spiral, it makes me happy.

I love those spirals on the tops of hats, too. They seem so perfect.
